App won't even let me log in now, keeps saying network error. Before that I couldnt add bookings to calender anymore and then it wouldnt show my bookings so had to refer to the emails for the QR code even ones that were there would disappear.
Does not remember log in details, if you click test and conditions when paying by accident goes to blank screen, so kicks you out of bokking and you cannot reselect the seats you previously as it list them as booked and the latest problem is it will not let me pay at all with card though I have used the card many times before. I really think this app needs a hefty update!
Logs me out consistently, every few hours, and doesn't show all available viewing, particularly unlimited viewings
Finally functional again hooray! The user interface is a bit weird and it makes you log in every single time but you can actualy book tickets now. Would be great if unlimited member passes could be accessed on the app, I often find myself forgetting my card at home
This app is terrible. Under "book by time today" it lists films that are just a string of letters and numbers with a nonsense description. Even for real films, it often doesn't list a proper description of what the film is about, and just says "buy X movie tickets at Cineworld cinemas". It also never saves e-tickets in the app and I always have to find it in an email. A waste of time - just use the website.
Got better but now I can't see local listings hence reduced to 1 stars! Cineworld don't seem to care hence won't bother renewing my Unlimited. Look at the share price if you want to see where this company seems to be heading, so sad.
It does not work... Can't book tickets
I can look at films but as soon as I try to book it goes haywire, not even the same problem every time. Used to be much better
Great for booking but my tickets no longer appear on the app under the e-ticket section. I understand this is only a problem for android users not apple products. It's been months since the updated app was launched and this is still not working.
